# Senior HubSpot Administrator

#### Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HubSpot Administrator to join our growing team. As a Senior HubSpot Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our HubSpot instance, ensuring that our team can effectively leverage HubSpot to achieve our marketing and sales goals.

#### Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain our HubSpot instance, including user permissions, data integrity, and system performance
- Configure and customize HubSpot to meet our specific needs and workflows
- Develop and implement HubSpot automations to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Provide training and support to our team on HubSpot features and functionality
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and resolve any technical problems
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot features and best practices
- Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that HubSpot is effectively integrated into our workflows

 

#### Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or a related role
- Proven experience in managing and configuring complex HubSpot instances
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
